All letters say they go to the listed consulate. ALL petitions go to NVC. ALL of them.

Thanks cdneh, that's the correct process. USCIS NOA2 -> NVC -> Consulate.

If you want to know when the NVC sends your package to the Consulate, send an email to NVCInquiry@state.gov

Include your USCIS receipt number in the subject line.

Include petitioner's and beneficiaries names and date of births in the message body.

They will respond to your email only when your package has been sent to the Consulate.

I received my NOA2 October 8, and it has been shipped to the NVC on October 9. I just called the NVC but luckily I had to wait only 5 minutes. Unfortunately, they haven't received it yet and I should call again in a few days.

It seems like TSC tells you when they shipped your case on the USCIS website but CSC doesn't. They only stated on the NOA2 that they have "forwarded" the case...Correctly me if Im wrong.

Well hopefully it will not take 20 days and will be on its way in say six days. I think the 20 day thing is another part of the NVC attempt to cut down on the amount of phone calls they are getting. Tell people something like 20 days and when it happens in 6 - 10 days they are happier than a pig in poooh. We do it a lot where I work.

I believe once you have the MNL #, you can fill out DS-160 online and pay the $240 fee @ BPI. Once you have that receipt, you can schedule an interview at Manila Embassy. However, give yourself enough time for medical and NBI. By that time the Manila Embassy will have your file :D

BTW - Do you have an orginally signed I-134 and supporting documentation?
