I believe once you have the MNL #, you can fill out DS-160 online and pay the $240 fee @ BPI. Once you have that receipt, you can schedule an interview at Manila Embassy. However, give yourself enough time for medical and NBI. By that time the Manila Embassy will have your file :D

BTW - Do you have an orginally signed I-134 and supporting documentation?

+++++++++++

I have to pay first the visa fee for $265 with fix rate of P45/dollar = P11,925 (they increased the fee). Then sched my interview and fill up the ds160 online... I just got my NBI, birth cert and CENOMAR last Monday... all i need to do is find a cheaper but nice place to stay during my medical....

Yee, i have the original I134 and supporting docs (fed tax return,w2,employment cert and pay slip of my fiance.he sent it to me together witg his letter of intent, and photo copies of his passport bio and stamp...

And we r still waiting for our case number from nvc... it's been over 3 weeks since received NO2! Spent hours on the line and did not got through and no response to our emails... grr!

My fiancée Emilia and I met in October 2009 in Wrocław, Poland while I was doing “study abroad” after graduating High School in California. We started dating in the beginning of December 2009. In September of 2010, I went back to Poland to start a full time study program at the University of Arts in Poznań. I decided to study in Poland because I wanted to be close to Emilia. In October of 2012, Emilia decided to move to Poznań to live with me.

Just called. It's been 40 days and they still don't have mine. They told me to e-mail nvcresearch@state.gov and attach my NOA 2. I'm worried that it's been lost now. We were really hopeful that we'd be spending Christmas together this year. Seems unlikely now.

I called again and had one guy be very honest with me. He said my document was likely lost in the mail and to call USCIS to have another copy sent, as that's likely what the NVC research team will do as well. Better to do it now than to wait for them to. You might want to do the same. Good luck!

thank you! even though its frustrating and worrying its also reassuring to speak to someone in the same situation. I hope I'm panicking for no reason and that it will be easily solved. I'm not bothered any more about the waiting, I just want things to go smoothly. Its horrible being left in the dark. My fiancé will be calling uscis tomorrow :)
