In my opinion, if till now you haven't recieved a waiver, u will most likely get interviewed, call them and find out

10/13/14- Sent I-485 Package to Chicago lockbox
10/16/14- Check Cashed
10/17/14 -Received NOA's Text
10/22/14- Received Hard Copies in the mail(National Benefits Center)
10/24/14- Received Biometrics letter for Nov 7th 2014
11/07/14- Biometrics Completed

11/19/14- In line for interview
08/07/15- Interview Scheduled for September 10th 2015
09/10/15- Interview-APPROVED

09/17/15- GreenCard Recieved

I received letter confirming my appointment on April 29, 2015 at 7:15 AM. Having the date makes a big difference......

10/10/14 - Package (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 concurrent filing sent to Chicago Lockbox (Day 00)
10/14/14 - Package delivered and signed for (Day 4)
10/20/14 - Date of NOA I-797C (Day 10)
10/27/14 - Hardcopy NOA's for all forms (Day 17)
10/31/14 - Biometrics letter received in the mail - Appointment November 10 (Day 21)

11/10/14 - Biometrics done (Day 31)

01/06/15 - AP & EAD approved (Day 88)

01/14/15 - AP & EAD combo card received (Day 96)

03/26/15 - Text & Email received informing interview is scheduled for April 29, 2015 (Day 167)

03/27/15 - Letter received informing interview scheduled at 7:15 AM PT on April 29, 2015 (Day 168)

04/29/15 - Green Card approved (Day 201)

Hello everybody !
I got a Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case, which also says:

"Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case.
Presently, we anticipate that delay to be approximately 6 months from the date of this letter..."

So... I guess I'm happy about the waiver, but the six months thing ... :unsure: We were planning on having a wedding in Bulgaria in September :(

May 08th 2010: Met in Rosarito, Baja California Mèxico :wub:

September 22nd 2012: :star: Got Married :luv:

October 04th 2014: I-130, I-485, I-765 & I-131 sent :rolleyes:

October 07th 2014: Package Received :goofy:

October 10th 2014: Electronic NOA for all 4 of my forms B-)

October 17th 2014: Electronic NOA for Biometrics :dance:

October 27th 2014: RFE for I-485 form :bonk: :cry:

November 03rd 2014: Biometrics Appointment. :goofy:

November 7th 2014: RFE Documents Sent :thumbs:

November 11th 2014: RFE Package Received :star:

December 17th 2014: Electronic NOA I-131 approved :dancing: & Electronic NOA I-765 Card Was Order To Be Produced.

December 22nd 2014: Case Update, my Employment Authorization Card is on the mail and they put the tracking number :rolleyes:

December 24th 2014: I Have my Employment Authorization Card Combo ( With Advance Parole) on my hands!!! :dance: I`m going to get my butt out of this house and work!! :dance: (Happy Dance) :dance:

December 29th 2014: Applied for my change of status on my Social Security Number, From Not Valid for Work to Valid for Work only with DHS Authorization.

January 12th, 2015: I received my SSC!!!! :goofy:

Congrats!! We received our electronic notification on Monday and the confirmation letter on Tuesday.

Interview is scheduled for May 08.
