OMG, that is just unnecessary torture! I might have a job if that card comes in on time. Did you move to another home address? Anyone a good scenario?

Only thing I can think of is that my wife does have an EAD through DACA but it's going to expire in May. Maybe that's why they shoved my file to the back of the line since she still has a valid EAD. But it still stressing me out because it's way passed the usual time. At the appointment they said they don't see anything out of the ordinary. That I just have to keep waiting.

Good luck with that job.

thank you for replying Foxxy!

If you receive an interview waiver letter it will not rely in your field office times. It will stay at NBC and so we have no time estimates for that. I asked VJ site handlers for a new field to be added in the timelines in order to track interview waivers but I've had no response. :(

Congrats! I think it took about 7 days for us to receive the EAD/AP after being approved.

We haven't received any news update yet. The USCIS website still shows Fingerprint fee received on October 29.

That's interesting that you got an interview as a K1! What did they ask you in the interview? And congrats!

Thank you! The interviewer asked us basic questions about how we met, how long we've known each other, if we live together, if we've met each other's families, etc. He asked my husband questions to confirm the information on his application (birth date, military records, etc.). Then at the end, he said, "congratulations" to my husband and stamped my husband's application with the approval stamp. It was about 10 minutes, I think.
