as you have made 2 mistakes I would suggest to send the AOS packet again...Try to send it asap

I have seen this question asked so many times the past two days but not answered.

I am still waiting for n answer and decided to send the question again.

I am waiting for a case complete and realized I made a mistake on my AOS i864 form

I got the household size correct, 2 but part 5 of 8 where it asks to add lines 1 to 7 to enter the household size, I put 0. (Even though in checked I am sponsoring the principal immigrant in part 2)

So after ticking 1 for myself and 1 if married and putting 0 in enter the number you entered on line 7 of part 3, i still got a household size of 2. I am very sure I will get a checklist and I am wondering please if anyone can assist me.

Should I send all documents together with updated i864 or just an updated i864?

Is it better to send it now or wait for a checklist n assume since I got the household size right it shouldn't be a problem?

Also part 6 question 13

I did not check it because I included my three most recent tax returns and not just the recent. (Is that right)?

This process is so draining I have had 2 miscarriages already and now I can't travel to even see my husband just because of the fear of banning flights from west Africa. Even though where I come from there is no Ebola (Ivory Coast).

Its better to go ahead and send the corrections. Don't wait for a checklist if ou know there is something wrong. It will just prolong the case and if you send now you might get lucky and they review everything on your first scan date. Best of luck.

So today is our 61st day for our AOS scan. I called this morning knowing that they have already told me that they review documents together according to last document scanned. They only confirmed this. I argued my case with the rep. and when she couldn't do anything I asked for a supervisor. None was available. She put a request to have one call me.

I say all of this because I just now noticed that we have 3 N/A's on the CEAC website. I don't know if my earlier conversation has anything to do with this and I certainly hope it means what I think it does. IV scan date was 9/10.

NVC has confirmed Case Complete.

AOS fee just changed to N/A. Gonna call later to see what's up. Checklist scan date ~Sept 15. Praying for good news!

It seems like everyone else's process has been different from mine so I'm confused/concerned. The NVC requested both invoices at the same time which I paid on August 20th. Then they requested our actual docs which we sent on August 28th. Note they specifically requested the paper DS-230 not the electronic DS-260 that many people on here mention. When I go to check my case status by entering my case number on the CEAC website, it just says "At NVC." It doesn't give any other information or dates or anything. Is this normal?

Have you tried clicking on where it says DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application and signing in?

No I haven't tried that - must have been on the wrong website. Thank you! Where is my invoice ID number? NEVERMIND I got it. I can see both invoices marked PAID. It says my IV is INCOMPLETE. I sent everything in though - does this just mean they haven't processed yet or they are actually missing something from me?

IIN should be in an email from NVC if not call them and get it. BTW it is the same website just click on the line above the "check my visa application status" line.

I am not sure why they had you send in the ds230. That IV being incomplete is your ds260. You should probably call and ask about this.

Congrats to all ccs!!!

I noticed on most recent cc if not all is that nvc is still processing 60days but it seems that checklists still get cc 60days from initial sending if docs/packet. Like ahiday, initial scan was 8/11, checklist sometime in sept and got the case complete now.

What have you noticed guys on others with checklist?
