Does anyone know if NVC sends e-mail confirmation that they received response for checklist.

We do EP (electronic proceeding) and my husband e-mailed the documents on Oct. 01. We called and operator confirmed they received it, but i still worry about it, because normally they would send a letter that documents were received.

Well i got a case complete today. my last scan date was 8/22/14. i submitted an aos on 8/8/14 with my old A number, i realized this and resubmitted a new aos with tax transcripts and iv documents on 8/18/14. the iv documents had the aos cover sheet with just ATTN DR. i submitted I 864 instead of I 864EZ and left everything that did not apply to me blank.

Our last scan date was August 20 and we got a checklist yesterday!

1. Birth and Marriage certificates from incorrect issuing authority. Anyone heard of this?? We got them from the Civil Records office here in Managua and sent the originals. The woman at NVC this morning said we would need a supervisor review. Does anyone know how long this will take? She couldn't give me a timeframe.

2. Question 13 1a. on my joint sponsor's financial info ... we put gross adjusted income when it should have been just gross income. I'm kicking myself for that!

3. They're asking for my 2013 tax transcript. I sent a copy of the form that I had sent to the IRS but apparently that wasn't sufficient. They need the official transcript.

3) Yes you need official tax transcript...you can get it online on IRS website

I have seen this question asked so many times the past two days but not answered.

I am still waiting for n answer and decided to send the question again.

I am waiting for a case complete and realized I made a mistake on my AOS i864 form

I got the household size correct, 2 but part 5 of 8 where it asks to add lines 1 to 7 to enter the household size, I put 0. (Even though in checked I am sponsoring the principal immigrant in part 2)

So after ticking 1 for myself and 1 if married and putting 0 in enter the number you entered on line 7 of part 3, i still got a household size of 2. I am very sure I will get a checklist and I am wondering please if anyone can assist me.

Should I send all documents together with updated i864 or just an updated i864?

Is it better to send it now or wait for a checklist n assume since I got the household size right it shouldn't be a problem?

Also part 6 question 13

I did not check it because I included my three most recent tax returns and not just the recent. (Is that right)?

This process is so draining I have had 2 miscarriages already and now I can't travel to even see my husband just because of the fear of banning flights from west Africa. Even though where I come from there is no Ebola (Ivory Coast).

It all depends when your last scan date is ...if its still faraway then its smart to sent the documents again (I preferred sending the whole AOS packet again if you have all the documents handy) . If your last scan date is few days away I will suggest taking a chance that they dont notice it(there are less chances that they will not notce it)

You have to check that option also as you are teelling them there that you have filled the returns and also attached the most recent one also you must have filles the 13.a...b..c section

also in 14 they just mention 2nd and 3rd return and most recent is also required

I know it's just your 2 cents and you are not a layman or anything but it just feels good to get other opinions.

I understand question 13 part 6 now and so yes I will check it. Did not check it before..

Yes I checked part 6 # 14 too since I included my three recent returns.

Other people are saying it takes 30-60days!! so was hoping to get feedback from those waiting on checklisted documents review so i could gauge the durations...

52 days and still waiting. Hopefully i get a CC next week. We sent our AOS checklist Aug 20 and it was scanned Aug 27. Processing time is 60 days. Next friday will be 60 days for us.

So today is our 61st day for our AOS scan. I called this morning knowing that they have already told me that they review documents together according to last document scanned. They only confirmed this. I argued my case with the rep. and when she couldn't do anything I asked for a supervisor. None was available. She put a request to have one call me.

I say all of this because I just now noticed that we have 3 N/A's on the CEAC website. I don't know if my earlier conversation has anything to do with this and I certainly hope it means what I think it does. IV scan date was 9/10.
