Hey guys,

So I beleive I got a false checklist for our AOS package. Essentially, there was nothing in the documents NVC sent that said we had to do anything except to fill out the DS-260 and submit the IV package. There was a cover sheet with a barcode with the following:

National Visa Center
ATTN: DR
31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 100
Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

Do Not use this cover sheet if you are submitting forms and/or
supporting documents by e-mail (Electronic Processing).
Instead, type your NVC case number in the subject line of the
e-mail message. Follow the directions on http://nvc.state.gov/ to
correctly scan and submit forms and documents.

Since we are doing electronic processing, when submitting the IV package, I should not use this cover sheet right? And use the cover sheet we got when we paid the IV fee? I'll be calling them on monday to confirm - but we want to submit our IV package today or tmrw...

Thanks!

You're over 60 days now so call the NVC. Hopefully, they'll accept it as it is and allow you to just bring a new one to the interview.

Im sorry i meant the 29 of aug

Based on what the rep told me yesterday, your final scan date is September 17 and so they will review all documents at once (IV and AOS together) 60 days after September 17 unfortunately, not 8/22.

We have the same last scan date. My AOS was sent on 8/8 but they won't review until mid November now apparently.

No CC would be 60 days from the LAST scan date, so whenever they scan in your IV package.

They've reviewed your AOS. Use the IV cover sheet. Why not call them today? They're open from 7am-midnight EST. You can call for free using google voice (I always used my computer to call.)

They want all the documents at the same time now so they don't even start reviewing until they have everything. You might have gotten lucky and they may have reviewed your IV documents already, but it's probable that they haven't yet either.

As of last Wendsday the NVC will review all documents together base on the most recent scan dates. So they will preview your packages 60 days from the September 17th scan date. I know it sucks for all of us.

Yes, but I wouldn't wait, the fee pops up suddenly even without the email being sent to you. So get your info (case #, IIN#) and log on to see if AOS bill is available.

Ok, thank you. I checked today and still nothing :( i hope they don't make me wait until next week but who knows with NVC.
