We got approved !!!! Our NOA1 was July 7, we were approved on November 7 !

Congrats!!!! This gives me some hope!! Our NOA1 was July 16, so hopefully we're not too far behind! All the best to you guys :)

9/21/2015 - still no biometrics appointment...


9/9/2015 - 1st service request (inquiry)


10/6/2015 - 2nd service request (inquiry)


10/16/2015 - EAD/AP APPROVAL via email!!! (approved on 16/10)

While i think many of us appreciate the volume of petitions the USCIS is receiving, it is unacceptable that some people at getting their I129F approved in 1 month while others are waiting over 6 month

We also got our noa1 on july 7. It kinda gives me hope :) (low expectations mode)

It's a better look but didn't work as of this morning. May be still updating.

So TSC sent all April and May petitions to CSC in August. Since then they haven't processed any cases???? because June filers are also not reporting any progress. It scares me. Have they stopped processing K1 petitions???? If no then at this speed when would it be our turn???

Not all April and May petitions were transferred. And some June filers are now showing up on Igor's List. Your turn will come.

Right at this minute, a few days after leaving my fiance at the airport in England to endure another god knows how many months thanks to TSC and it's absurdly slow approval rate, I feel like moving states, filing residency and filing again - in a CSC covered state. This is just ridiculous. We just hit 4 months and even though VJ is telling us TSC is approving June and some July, I don't see our approval coming for months yet (NOA1 date July 8).

I am not giving up, but my frustration increases daily. I am going to send letters to everyone possible this week about the huge discrepancy. I don't care if it actually does anything, I will keep sending them. At the very least it will make me feel better and slightly productive.
