Hello guys, i want to ask if I can be added with my husband's ITR this year if we just got married last June 4, 2014? Is anyone knows how taxes works for us this year? Thank you.

I just checked the USCIS website and my EAD has jumped to "My card was ordered to be produced" and AP has been approved! Woohoo I'm so happy!!

If they catch you working for cash without your EAD or Green card your AOS will be denied and you can even get deported! We are still not 100% admitted in this country until our green card is aprove

Hey guys,

Got my EAD and just waiting to hear something about my green card. Still no interview appointment letter and website still showing that they received my fingerprint fee.

Almost 4 months now since we filed. I thought I was gonna receive a interview waiver but that still hasn't arrived. I just want to hear something from them so I know they haven't lost my case.

Finally today (after no movement for months) we received an email notice about our interview appointment, which will be Feb. 18th. WHEW. I was starting to get really concerned, we have been in Testing and Interview since October.

Hey guys,

We are in the same boat. AOS filed in very early September, and nothing since. Based on the AOS timelines here on visa journey, it seems like MOST people who are getting interviews within 4 months are those those are adjusting from "other" visas, not K1 visas. I have no idea what these "other" visas are, just an observation. There are some outliers for K1 getting interviewed, but its not the norm. I don't expect to hear anything for quite a while. And really praying to avoid the interview waiver.

What is your I-485 online status right now?

Our online status says: On January 14, 2015, we scheduled you for your interview and mailed you an interview notice for Receipt Number MSC149164xxxx. Your interview is on February 18, 2015. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your interview notice by February 13, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

After several calls to USCIS, I checked my Case status now and it says the following;
