Obviously part, or all of my post wasn't read because I said this: "They do however exist when your reading the instruction for each individual form...yes send 2 photos per." AND,

"2 pics work. Take it for what its worth. That's all I'm saying." I'm well aware of the instructions. I know, right? Hard to believe because I don't have all the nice little hearts, and blue boxes.

Point is...everyone gets freaked out from time to time throughout their process. Jose now thinks their getting a RFE. The original person who posted to this thread...if they submitted 2 photos...they'd most likely be fine. Jose...you'll be fine. Relax. People are so quick to say 'NOPE" listen to me!!! Here's a link showing how right I am, I'm a proctologist...oh wait...that's a different thread. :ot:

Look. Everyone was in a position where THEY were just starting, and you relied on words from other people in hope to ease some worry you had. In this case....once again, I know what the instructions say for the individual forms. People need to know that IF you have (Jose) or plan to submit 2 photos it'll most likely be fine. I submitted 2, Many others have submitted 2, but by all means send 6 so the others on here don't have to visit my office some day!!! :o

GOODNIGHT KIDS!!! :D

You have no way of knowing whether someone will be "ok" or not. The instructions call for X, and if you do not provide X then you run the risk of an RFE. An RFE for something as trivial as not including enough passport photographs seems fairly silly to me, especially if you can head off that possibility with a couple of hours work.

An example has been shown in this thread of someone receiving an RFE for not providing enough photos, so it happens; you didn't, so you got lucky. However, saying everyone who didn't provide the right amount is "fine" is nonsense; you have no way of knowing whether they will be RFE'd for it or not. You should have been, but weren't; you got away with it.

I'm really not sure why this is contentious, but there you go. Provide the right amount of passport photos = fine; do not provide the right amount of passport photographs = risk of RFE. It's really, really simple, to the point where I am contemplating a lawsuit to compensate me for the time I have wasted typing this.

send 6 and be done with it, write on them in pencil like it says, put each pair together like it says. Easy really.

I agree... I sent in as above, and no RFE as yet - Fingers crossed! :)

I researched a lot, and asked a lot of questions too - In the end I put mine together using the below link (This was an Australian filer like myself, but I believe the AOS package would be the same no matter which country the filer has come from?!)

It may have been overkill, but then why risk a delay with an RFE? :)

True that. Sorry I went silent for a while there. Just realized why I hadn't gotten any notifications for replies - they all went to the black abyss that is junk mail (that I don't see on my phone).

Well. Hopefully I can find a place to get em cheaply done. Got everything else put together - just gotta go to the bank and get a cheque (cause heaven alone knows where hubs has them...) and the pictures.

Gulp. It'll be nice to get the ap/ead and have some sort of status here.
