The OP has no timeline, so not sure where this post belongs as of yet. Previous posting history looks like they were planning to file for a K-1, but then wanted to know about adjusting from a tourist visa.

OP, what are you filing for and what is the letter for?

There's the letter of intent, but I've also been advised to write about our relationship and how we met online and so on and so forth about visits and family encounters and such...

Now as for the Fiance letter of intent, do both petitioner and fiance need to write one out with the same content except for the name?

Do we both write the same address he is currently living in?

Thanks A&B, but I thought there was more to the letter? Are we supposed to include a letter talking about our relationship and how we met and trips we've made to visit each other, so on and so forth. Something that our relationship is real?

I've also asked close friends and family to write about our relationship also, will this help? Or is this all saved for the interview?

Yes, apart from the signed letters of intent from both, the Petitioner and Beneficiary, it is advisable to include a letter describing your relationship, how you first met, your meetings in the last two years, a brief description of the proposal or the engagement and how you guys maintain your long distance relationship, etc.

At the initial stages of the process, letters from friends and relatives about a relationship are of little consequence to the USCIS and would likely carry little weight. (Note the absence of any recommendation in the VJ K1 Guide for letters form friends and relatives.) Follow the I-129F instructions and the VJ Guides to the types and manner of evidence that is preferred by USCIS. The three lines provided on the Form I-129F petition are indicative of the level of relationship evolution information necessary for USCIS. The original signed letters of intent to marry are clearly required in the Form I-129F instructions. Finally, look at the K-1 VJ Guides for concise instructions on the manner and time frame for relationship evidence submission.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

A letter outlining your love story is not required. Stating how, when and where you met is. If it fits on the form itself, then that is all you need. If you want to writ more than fits for #34a, then use a supplement page. Instructions for supplement/attachment pages are in the I-129F instructions.

As for the letters of intent, they just need to be simple statements from each of you that you intend to marry within 90 days of entrance, with original signatures.

These samples work perfectly >

To Whom It May Concern,

I, (USC petitioner’s name), do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry (foreign fiance(e)’s name), and intend to so within 90 days of (his/her) entrance into the US by way of a K-1 visa.
