I got my interview date at the start of October, and I believe my interview went well however he is sending a request for more evidence due to the fact my husband is currently deployed so I won't hear a decision until he has what he wants

Another question to everyone; did any of you guys had an RFE? And does that delay the scheduling process? Thanks!

RFE's normally freeze the clock on your adjustment of status until they're received, so yes you wanna send them back as soon as possible. One guy's interview waiting time got pushed by even 2 more months as he took quite a long time to respond.

Adjustment of Status From F-1 Visa.

1/28/2015: Interview scheduled for 3/4/2015.

1/31/2015: Received interview notice.
