So timelines I found for CR-1 is 14 month. Is that true? :(

That is so... Waiting for a spouse visa is a heavy burden... :(

How about your remote job? Will it work? Since you mentioned remote job, I started praying about getting one, so I could be with my boy. We are both desperately longing for that.

I actually already have 2 remote jobs, I work from home. But It's only allowed to do so within the US :(

How about coming back a couple of months before the interview and getting a new job, so to provide fresh employer's info and paystubs? For the year 2014, I believe, you've made enough already to sponsor her.

Me and Nodar are considering that as well. Being apart really hurts.

I mean if i get a job there, i can save enough to show that it will be enough for the period of time while I look for a job. Ugh I hope someone knowledgable would suggest something on this part.

And it does hurt. That's why im flying there right now and have to pretty much do the wedding to distract her with this business and wedding problems. She doesn't even know about 14 month intead of 10. i don't know how to tell her:( just hope for luck maybe. idk:(

Beautifulday, thanks. i know. at least a hint or somehting:( i am so tired of telling people that we were denied for no reason. They look at me like i am stupid and don't know what i am talking about:(

I do think it is messed up, but that is what they do in most cases. There are also reasons for it, like privacy reasons.

You still need to go over every question with your fiance. You said you did it but then you said what you wrote isn't what she said. You also skipped over the questions about your families.

I also have a lot more questions but it doesn't seem like you want this help, so I am not going to force you to answer if you are not interested.

Yes, and in my opinion unethical and immoral. People invest hundreds to apply for this visa and to be denied an explanation is just wrong. I'm sorry Maxzim. I hope everything works out for you.

I did discuss every single question and answer with my fiancée and I answered every single of your question too. I have no idea what question you are referring to. Maybe you didn't read my reply. I am not going to force you to help me if you don't want to help....

and what does that mean I don't want help. what am I doing here then? cry about my sad story? do you really think that is why i am here? I have better things to do that complain and cry about it.... Wedding planning for example...

sorry, i just get really frustrated when you keep accusing me for no reason. I didn't complain when you accused my fiancée lying to me and stuff like that because it is related to this topic and might give me ideas of a denial reason. But accusing me of not being interested in help or not answering questions that has nothing to do with interview process and doesn't help at all.

There seems to be a miscommunication problem if you think I am angry or accusing you. I said that the talk at her interview about how she loved you so much was rather strange, then you said that's not what she really said. So, why put it there if she didn't say it?

I asked who talked to who first, and you made a big point of saying how you mutually talked, emphasizing the "we" as if I was suggesting something. I'm not, just trying to get some answers.

You seem like a nice guy who is genuinely confused.

Maybe someone else can try.

I am trying to convince you that we are real just like we have to convince CO. I thought that was the idea, no?

as far as "that's not what she really said" I am not sure how people do it, but quote word by word what you said after 4 hrs of frustration wait and then after nervous interview, then after hours and hours of crying is impossible. My fiancee is not able to recall every single word she said. she is not a machine that has a hard drive in her head to record every thing. i wouldn't be able to recall either:( It sucks but it is a reality.

And I think some of your questions were helpful, for example it brought an idea about internship that i forgot about. so please if you can think of something else, do ask as it may trigger something else that I am not thinking of right now.

and to be clear, I DO NEED and WANT help.
