Go on this site and create your ticker.

http://www.tickerfactory.com/ezticker/ticker_designer.php?type=4&sub_type=13

When you are done customizing your ticker.....Scroll down and copy the "Direct Image URL" of the ticker you've just created.

Go to "My settings"... Click "Signature" .... Click the "image" icon.. (the one that looks like a painting) and paste the code from the previous site, click "ok" ...and your ticker should be there...then just save the updates.

Ir en este sitio y cree su ticker.

Cuando haya terminado de personalizar tu ticker ..... Desplácese hacia abajo y copia el " URL de la imágen "del ticker que acabas de crear.

Ir a "Mis ajustes" ... Haga clic en "Firma" .... Haga clic en el icono de "imagen" .. (el que se ve como una pintura) y pegue el código de la página anterior, haga clic en "ok" ... y su ticker debería estar allí ... entonces apenas guardar los cambios.

la ubicacion de la oficina del uscis estara dentro de las zonas afectadas?

Need help. I'm trying to change my beneficiary's address on USCIS website but it only gives the option as if he is in the US. Both the old and new address fields ask for state. How do I bypass or is it best to call. Trying to do this asap with all the approvals going on. ?

I've given up on the hard copy! I think I will rest easier once someone without a hard copy gets their NOA2.

Oh my God... NO freaking way..

A quien te refieres con esa expresion??? yo solo estoy haciendo la pregunta para los q leen noticias de si la zona donde esta la oficina del uscis en california esta siendo afectada por el sismo de 6.0 grados q afecto la zona norte de california pq no se la direccion exacta de esta oficina para saber si nuestros casos se podrian ver afectados... solo eso! creo q no deberias expresarte asi....

I think he was reacting to the possibility that the earthquake may affect processing like you were asking. In other words, after the semi-long wait at TSC and then finally action in the form of a transfer, only to have it delayed by the earthquake would be unbelievable bad luck. At least that was my take. It was not directed at you.

I have no idea where the CSC office is so no clue if it is affected or not. Let's hope not. :unsure:
