My fiancé messaged me about 10 minutes ago to say our case had been transferred from Texas to California.

NOA1 date is May 14th

Fingers firmly crossed that this speeds things up for a lot of us

Did it Change your timeline with your SRC number being at CSC ?

Apparently our numbers won't change even though we were transferred. Meaning, even though we're now at CSC, we still have a SRC case number. I haven't changed my timeline yet. I was waiting for some others to say they got their hard copy before I did just to be sure we were all really going to CSC. I'll change it now and let ya know.

I updated it to say transferred and it didn't immediately change the predicted adjudication times. It was October 13th - November 9th before I changed it to transferred, and the same dates after. It might need time to update, or it could never update to reflect a different time. I don't know. But we hit 5 months in 45 days. So, here's to hoping we find something out soon.

We shouldn't go much past 5 months & I suspect we will see movement soon. Again, CSCs goal is 5 months. That's where we are. So...if it goes past, we can get senators involved & put in service requests without having to deal with that pesky December date...

So probably we all are...

I have mixed feelings about this transfer.. From what I can see on Igor's list, starting with June, California really slowed down with their own approvals and their processing time got longer... It's August now.

I really do hope they will speed up. :-/

File sent - May 1st
NOA1 - May 9th
Transferred - August 8th
NOA2 - September 11th

Looks like CSC it is then.

It makes sense that you keep your SRC numbers because it will help them keep track of transfers and if they gave you WAC numbers, it would place you behind the latest CSC petition received.

Your estimated adjudication timeline will not change on your profile because you actually started at TSC and there is no way to recalculate based on how transfers are handled.

I am hoping to see the first few approvals coming through in 4 - 6 weeks, if not sooner. Good luck guys!!

I think your hard copy is coming from CSC so it may take a few days longer as they are not used to traveling so far from there :)
