No news for my AOS either... This is getting frustrating. Not sure what the processing time for Nebraska SVC Center is now. Anyone have an idea?

Your AOS is family based so Nebraska Service Center will only have it temporarily. Your local office in Raleigh NC should be the one you should be checking. As of November 30th, they last treated a case filed May 30th. Since you're a potential interview waiver case, you probably won't have an interview and that's gonna mean a more lengthily or uncertain wait than the traditional interviewees. If you weren't you should've been getting an interview letter by next month based on the local office processing time.

Lol so that means since my office in Dallas last touched a Feb 25th case.. I'm in for one hell of a wait.

I feel your pain--my local office is OKC and the date on the USCIS website is also February 25th. However, and maybe this will give you a little peace of mind, I know of someone who had submitted her docs in June, and a few weeks ago she got an interview notice for February 23rd. So even though they are for sure backlogged, that date is not really an accurate indicator. Good luck to you!!

Checking in... Still no news on Johan's status. Still not clear on what's going on with the NPIW letter my stepson received back in November.

My AOS (from K1) went to Nebraska, but it was then transferred to my local office (I was not notified of this action).

It could be that yours has already transferred to your local office, especially as you have received a notice of potential interview waiver. This means that you will likely have a longer wait, but a high chance of not being interviewed.

Check your local office processing times, and that will give you a guide - If you're outside of their estimated timelines, then give immigration a call to chase it

I didn't create the petition. I signed it and I'm sharing it because I agree that we should not have to wait even longer for our spouses to receive their green cards because of DACA. Illegals is harsh but that is what they are. All of us here have invested time, money, and sacrifices to do things right and legal. I don't agree to DACA applicants having higher priority being that they entered the country illegally and specially now that possibly 5,000,000+ cases will have higher priority than ours beginning Feb 18th.

We should not interpret emotions through texts. That is one big no no. *Espared12 and JeanF no harm done. But any way, @ espared12 I wanted to respond to this threat because I have been feeling the same sentiments . I have gone through so much trouble, heartaches, financial struggles, and disappointments to get my family here and we are still not done . I compliment you on your courage to speak out. Personally, I think it's unfair and disconcerting for U.S/Naturalized or otherwise Citizen not to be first priority when it comes to filing and adjusting. @espared12, I think this a very good topic to discuss in another forum. I will be a willing open-minded participant.

Hey guys! Just updating y'all. I got a text today morning and when I checked my case status online, my interview has been scheduled for 23rd march...All Praise to Lord! After being in scheduling and testing since 5 months, i finally heard back. Now time to get ready for the interview and hopefully everything sails smoothly from then on...

P.S. my local office long island was still processing cases from April 30th since December 31st, so I did not expect to hear back until April. Therefore cas processing isnt totally accurate, those of you still waiting, hold on...you might hear good news too!!

I have been watching this forum for about six months, we filed AOS back on August 05, last week we received and email and our interview will be on March 18, interview will be held at Miami office, as of December 31 they are processing March 20 2014, like mayness said, that information is not accurate . The web update when from fingerprint fee to scheduled appointment !!
