Congratulations to all the filers that are receiving good news! :)

Am I the only one not hearing anything back yet? :clock:

I wasn't expecting much movement on the actual AOS (Mine was transferred to NEBRASKA, however my application numbers all start with MSC), but I was hoping to have my EAD through by now.

My VJ timeline stats show that I should hear something this week, but I also read that you should wait until after 75 days to contact USCIS to query - That would be the end of October for me.

Should I wait until after 75 days, or should I contact them now? I can see that most people's online status changes to their EAD and AP going into production a few days after bio's are taken, and their AOS goes to interview scheduling...

I'm just a little nervous to have not heard anything at all yet! My local office is Tucson, and we are a border town to Mexico, so I guess they may have a higher turn over, and that could be causing the delay? I just don't know...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, A :)

NOA was 8/6 and bio 8/26. Still waiting. I called USCIS yesterday and the lady was obviously reading from a script.. she said I have to wait 75 days before contacting them again. I'm gonna call my congressman on Tuesday.. i can't afford to play this waiting game. My current EAD expires 11/7 and I don't want to lose my job and driving privileges.
