Oct 16 ,2013 - Received NOA 1 number

March 7 , 2014 - Transfer To TSC

April 3, 2014 - Approved NOA 1

April 7 ,2014- Shipped to NVC :dancing:

NOA 2

April 16,2014 - NVC received the case. :dancing:

May 15,2014-NVC number and INN . :dance::dance:

May 20,2014 - In process AOS and IV fees.

May21,2014- Status paid for AOS :thumbs:

May 22,2014 - Status paid for IV :thumbs:

May 27,2014 - Completed DS260 form

May 29,2014 - AOS and IV packet sent

May 30,2014- AOS and IV packet delivered thru Fedex.

June 3,2014- Received both packages (Scanned into the system)

July 11.2014- Reviewed both packages.

July 11,2014 - IV package accepted and AOS checklist

July 11,2014 - AOS checklist received (Scanned into system)

July 18,2014-AOS 2nd checklist received (Scanned into system)

Aug 4,2014 -Case completed(By phone).. :dance: :energy:

Congrats! Made me laugh out loud for no more papers :P

Awwww! Thank you ! :D. It made me laugh, when he told me, too. But at first, I was like, did they say it all mean? He said, no, rhey were joking about it, rhe first guy. Then. When I went to have the interview, he said the same thing. So, I think our case file has been the butt of many jokes throughout this process for the case workers. Like, "here's a case for you. And slams it on someone's desk. And their eyes get all big. Lol

Had the interview yesterday- wifes case approved, stepdaughters case still pending...

waiting on delivery via cargo express-- if we had the interview a month ago the system was different you picked it up in person the following day- now you MUST use cargo express--

The Consular officer said that he would do everything he could to get the passport out so we can catch our flight next Tue evening--

I am returning to USA / (work) with my wife and daughter finally... Our oldest daughter will follow soon after - she vacationing with grandma for a month or two until we clear up her papers...

the whole thing has always been so ANTI - climatic-- two steps forward one step back...

best advice I can give is memorize the serenity prayer and use it daily.

Yes the CSC site, it will ask you to log in with the passport number and DOB.

See he is in my parish....I'm from old harbour.

Where is he flying into? I know to ATL it's $151 one way.

He's flying to NYC one way from Kingston for sept date is like 244

But it 244 x2 and the prices for August are crazy 385

Okay, husband says he is not sure until he gets the visa in-hand. I checked and it is AP now. Will know for sure in two weeks!!! :).

Embassy in KL have received our documents and since I emailed to ask for a sooner date, they are asking WHY i needed an earlier date. Oh well, i was just honest and told them no reason, except for the reason anyone else would ask! I miss my husband and would love to see him sooner. Let's see what they say.

You can go here : https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

Click on Check My Visa Application Status under IMMIGRANT, Put in your case number and select visa application type:IMMIGRANT VISA (IV) and hit SUBMIT. You will see a pop-up message telling you if your visa is ready, in transit, etc.
