Is the IV fee still invoiced after 30 days or did that change to 60 as well?

Is the IV fee still invoiced after 30 days or did that change to 60 as well?

There's really no set time for the IV fee. Unfortunately, ours took 66 calendar days to be unlocked. :/

USCIS

9/23/2013: Sent I-130 petition to Chicago Lockbox through UPS
9/25/2013: I-130 delivered by UPS (Priority Date)

9/26/2013: NOA1

3/04/2014: Transferred to NSC

4/17/2014: NOA2

4/23/2014: Case shipped to NVC

NVC

5/05/2014: Case arrived at NVC

5/29/2014: Case number and IIN received

6/06/2014: DS-261 available and completed

6/09/2014: AOS fee invoiced and paid

6/10/2014: AOS fee shows as "paid"

6/16/2014: Date NVC is going by for DS-261 because I "re-opened" it

6/24/2014: AOS package sent

7/02/2014: AOS package scanned in

8/14/2014: AOS package approved (false checklist email for DS-261)
8/19/2014: DS-261 accepted

It is still 30 days according to the NVC reps. I believe you can request for a supervisor's review after 30 business days.

I had to resend I864 for a box I did not click .. stupid stuff..

Hey hi all

Can somebody please help me with this..I cant start my ds-260,my IV bill appeared paid on 8/20 but till now i cant open/start my ds-260...I called the nvc yesterday the rep told to wait another day or two...Is this normal or am i the only one facing this problem? Or am i doing something wrong? Somebody please help me with this...

Looking at the spreadsheets it looks like no one is left from the summer. I have had no RFE or checklists and still I think I am way behind everyone else. Anyone else still out there?

Speaking of steps, my wife just took Step 2 CK last week. Do you know how long it takes for you to get your score?

Third Wednesday from the day she gave at 9:00am sharp. If she gave on Wednesday then it will be the fourth Wednesday. I wish ucsis and Nvc were half as organized and punctual as Ecfmg is lol.

Elinora it might sound absurd but I actually had a dream that u had a case complete :lol: Actually I dreamt that right before I woke up and I could swear that it wasn't a dream but then I looked over a few pages of the thread and saw no post of urs saying 'my AOS package has been approved' because that's what I saw in the dream :rofl: :rofl:
