Missed that one but I'm wondering if someone just made a mistake on NVC's side but it's better to send it in. They have asked me for things I know very well I sent I made a list. Yet they are telling me they have NOT received them.

My mother says (not always easy to take) that everything happens for a reason even if we never know why. So just take a deep breath and know your Lawyer will fix it. Just a little more time and I don't think they are taking 60 days just covering their behinds.

I also forgot to point out that we did fill out the full I-864 and put N/A in all blank spaces and did not receive a checklist for doing that, in case there is anyone that was wondering or is still waiting for their I-864 to be approved.

So did you just neatly write N/A in the spots that you couldn't type into? For example things that need to have numbers typed into them, not letters?

just got off the phone and talk to MIGUEL, he was so nice. he told me that our interview was scheduled yesterday. here it is:

cc date: august 1

interview sched given to me: august 14

interview sched: SEPTEMBER 10, 2014

I called them it's not I wish it was. They got me for 3 things it should of only been one but you can't tell them I made 2 calls on this matter
