What's an 'Alien Registration Number'? How can i get one?

You can get one by becoming an alien!

You won't get that now, though.

You put "none" on the form, as you don't have one.

You will not be able to fill out every box. You have to know what you have, and what you don't have.

Your beneficiary will be assigned an Alien Registration number (A#) during the processing of the I-129f, NOT before filing.

  • You will get one and will show up on your NOA-2
  • You will use your alien number when apply for adjustment of status from K-1 visa
