Hi, My mother become us citizen last November. I want to stay in F2b .I send letter to stay in F2b with i-797 copy of i-130 approval & mother neutralization certficate copy to USCIS california service center PO Box 3011 Lagunea niguel,CA
this address was given on my i-797 ( approval i-130 notice) yesterday my parcel back that they can not accept, My question is that what is the USCIS correct address to send CSPA document. My petition start from WAC

Since the I-130 has been approved, then your case has been sent to the NVC.  You need to contact the NVC.  You can Google their contact.

Your request to opt-out in automatic conversion from F2-B to F1 should be sent to US Embassy in your country. You didn't mention which country you are so that we can help you do the research of the US Embassy in your country.

I am from Pakistan. There is no USCIS office in Pakistan. In India USCIS office present in New Dehli. Can I contact their?

Yes i contact with NVC they said this opt put conversion only do USCIS (DHS) After that i send my documents through fedex to Lagunea niguel,Califorina  but not accept it & return back. Lagunea niguel, Califorina address is given in bottom of  my approved i-130 petition. I read in USCIS website  for opt-out option you send your documents to given I-130 ( i-797) address.

Hello, did you have your interview scheduled yet? Do they notify you by email, once it is scheduled? I hope they give us enough notice to be able to book tickets at reasonable prices..  International fare is not cheap.
