Got the text and email this morning that the card was sent for production as of Oct. 30, 2014. So, now we wait by the mailbox instead of the computer :clock::)

Question:

When submitting the evidence along with the i751 form. How far back do we have to present proof of our marriage? Do we have to submit two years worth of bank, car, utilities, insurance statements, or only the last two to three months prior to the date you're sending the package.

How much is enough and how much is too little??

I submitted only 2-3 months' worth of evidence and got an RFE. Sent in everything (bank statements, insurance, lease, EVERYTHING) for the last two years and got approved immediately.

Day 2 (Apr 25th) - Package arrived at Chicago Lockbox

Day 7 (Apr 30th) - Received Email confirmation for all 3 forms, checks cashed

Day 14 (May 7th) - Received all 3 paper NOA's and a biometrics appointment for May 23rd

Day 15 (May 8th) - Completed walk-in Biometrics appointment

Day 70 (July 2nd) - Received Text/Email notifying me AP (I-131) has been approved

Day 86 (July 18th) - Received AP documents

Day 109 (Aug 10th) - Received Interview notice for September 12th

Day 142 (Sep 12th) - Interview - Approved on the spot.

Day 148 (Sep 18th) - Received Card Production text.

Day 151 (Sep 21st) - Card delivered

Hello All,

I am July filler and was following this thread since long. I sent my packet on July 23, got Notice on july 28, biometrics August 28th and approval date October 30th.

I got an email today :

On October 30, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you

Note: I sent my packet to CSC but my center on Biometrics was VSC, I was confused my center for application is VSC OR CSC, Still not sure :), anyways got approved.

Got an RFE on Friday - looks like the address on the bank account print-outs (which points to my wife's mothers' address, where she

had it for years) makes it looks suspicious, since it is not our residential address. Time to fix it...

Applied on July 14th in Vermont Center. Nothing yet!

01/22/2011 - Met my now husband

06/09/2012 - Married the Best man in the world!


07/14/2012 - Mailed I-130 and I-485 packages

07/23/2012 - USCIS cashed our checks

07/25/2012 - Received Notice of Action letters for I-130, I-485 and I-765.

07/25/2012 - Received ASC Appointment Notice for biometrics. Biometrics scheduled for 08/14/2012 in Norfolk, VA.

08/07/2012 - Successful Walk-in Early Biometrics taken at a different ASC location (Alexandria, VA).

08/13/2012 - Called the FBI to ask about biometrics. USCIS have them!

08/27/2012 - Received Interview letter, Interview scheduled on Sept. 28th.

09/21/2012 - EAD card under production

09/28/2012 - Interview in Norfolk - No decision yet :(

09/29/2012 - EAD card received in the mail.

10/01/2012 - Case status updated - Approved! YAY!!!!

10/03/1012 - Card Production!!!!! YAAAAAAY!!!
