seems like texas service center is taking forever. If you look at peoples timelines for Texas vs Cali it seems everyone who has a I-129F going through Texas no one is in NOA2 status. Mean while Cali and Transfers from Texas to Cali get approved within a month. Any insight ?

IT's a 6 month wait for an NOA2 from TSC. They are back logged. Please see my signature with the back log data.... twice as many petitions to approve...

No. TSC back log is growing.

You could get your petition approved between October - November

NVC takes 3-5 weeks

Your interview might be January - March 2015 but i'm not sure on how fast it is for Montreal Canada to get through NVC to interview date.

My consulate Sydney is really fast with inerviews right now and I got lucky with my petition being sent to NVC immediately, but I have a medical expedite.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is anything you can do to get it transferred.

When it comes to efficiency you can count on the US government to fail. Someone had posted a map sometime ago (can't find it now) showing what states get assigned to CSC and TSC. Of course, the entire eastern half of the US goes to TSC – which includes the most populous states: Texas, Florida, New York, etc. So naturally, they would get more petitions assigned there.

Canada at TSC seems to be roughly 200 days for NOA1 - Interview. The most recent approval from Canada filed in September and theirs was 307 days total.

It's roughly 2 -3 months from NOA2 to inerview,

I'd expect a total of 7-8 months from NOA1 to Interview for you, so to be safe maybe an interview around February/March 2015.

It is what it is OP. That's all I can say. No one's happy about it but we also can do nothing but wait. Every once in a while vent & then move on with your life without your Fiance(e) until you can finally be with them.

It's so sad. TSC should transfer some petitions to CSC!!!So they can catch up!! I'm 5 months and almost 2 weeks.(11 days) andseriously it's sad how on IGOR'S List ..the last 2 approved...were 1 from October and the other September filers...Can you believe that?? 9 months waiting???

still case to case basis i can say we are under csc but unfortunately wer still also waiting noa2 some filler behind us approved less than a week and already got their case number while us got rfe asking memorandum even we submit everything like passport stamps boarding passes itinerary plus the receipts of plane ticket and also submitted receipts i purchase while im with her plus photos with caption what i sent to them is the details of what we did while spending the last 15 days with her and now we are stuck waiting for noa2 just felt sad coz those who file behind us with same center approved in less than a week

someone looked at your application less than 30 days after your NOA1. that's a pretty decent timeline if you ask me!

the memorandum they asked me is about circumstances of meeting they think we never met lols..

what i did is write all the details of everything what we did for the last 15days we spent to each other,,, it is 5 pages hand written and 5 pages photos of us with caption again i just put a note to review again all the stuffs i sent to them...

did you include HOW you met? like online or introduced through family or mutual friends? maybe that's what they need...not the actual details of your visit. not sure what all you included - just a thought.

yes we include that... its a one whole bond paper... we include all as in all.. dates and year...how me met...how we talk how i visit her and how i proposed to her

maybe they misplace it because they able to see the passport stamps and boarding passes... which the fact stated on the cover letter everything is there...
