Oh God, TSC is delayed, I just saw the processing time on USCIS web site they are working on Application from 04/02/2014......

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21 April 2, 2014

I really don't like this..

Oh no...that means they are not completing cases within 5 months...oh no...ugh.

I don't know how current that data is or what it is based on , we can see through Igor's list that there are many May and a few June petitions complete from the TSC

The content available on a site dedicated to bringing folks to America should not be promoting racial discord, euro-supremacy, discrimination based on religion , exclusion of groups from immigration based on where they were born, disenfranchisement of voters rights based on how they might vote.

Anyone knows about Texas Service Center?? did they start June fillers?

I saw two come through this week from early June at the TSC, I also see a few holes in May, perhaps the folks have not updated us

While my wife (beneficiary) is the one updating our timeline, I thought I would add a reply here, hopefully giving hope to June filers. Our I-130 was received at the Chicago Lockbox on June 4th, with a NOA1 date of June 18th. Our application was processed at the Texas Service Center and we received our email NOA2 dated October 30th, and the hard copy arrived on November 4th.

Last call with USCIS (early this week) ended up with an info that Nebraska Service Center is currently dealing with petitions around May 16th. Even better that Khushi_05 got approved via Nebraska Service Center already!

I still hope that our late "NOTICED DATE" won't have too much influence on the approval time! Even during last call they said "RECEIVED DATE" counts referring to the 5 months processing time...!

Let's hope the best!

Looks like it always depends on the person u talk to... I'm sure they can look into much more than they usually are open to tell the customers...

But that's what the immigration officer on the phone actually said. I don't know how much that helps or even if that is the current day they work on. Especially because there are I-130's approved that were filed much later than May 16th. But what I can say is that Customer Service connected to an Immigration Officer that told this.

Oh: After being on hold for more than 45 mins btw... lol
