hi everyone,

i submitted the i-130 and i-129f, i heard about the expedite thing, and i know its rarely to be approved,i just want to know about it, if it was approved, what does it do exactly ? and what stage does it help ? does it make the approval faster ? or it expedites it at NVC ? and how time it saves for i-130 or i-129f if approved. does it work for i-130 or i-129f ? thanks !!

It expedites you at USCIS. So yes it makes the approval faster. That is what an expedite means. However, you would have to do the same at NVC request expedite there to get through.

As far as timeline no one can tell you that it varies case by case and them checking it all out the evidence you submitted to request an expedite.

You would request expedite of each or your petition submit the evidence than you wait.

huh?? how can you get approved before an NOA1. The NOA1 is the received date USCIS gives you. So obviously you would have that first before they can review your petition and approve you.

I have no idea what dates you are referring. Do you mean on each of our timelines? That's an estimate based on people who have filled in their timelines.

Processing times is always dependent on what service you get sent to and their workload. Every service center is different.

ok so when my noa1 date is between one of these dates it means they are processing mine ? and sometimes those dates go backward, a day is in December and the next day September then it go back to November, its not like serial counting, what about that ?

Are you talking about the dates under I-130. Nothing is going backwards still don;t know what you mean.

No one can say when your petition will be adjudicated. These are estimates based on what others have put in their time lines. No numbers are backwards.

It's been about a 5 month. If you look at your timeline this is what it says for you Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between August 25, 2014 and September 20, 2014*.

Hopefully it will come true.

if the expedite request was denied, do they contact or mail me to inform me that its denied and not enough reason to expedite it ? or they just ignore the request letter, if yes after how long usually do they reply back ?

Yes they notify the petitioner that the request was denied and that you will be processed the normal route.
