I go and check every day the processing times for CSC, since our petition was forwarded to California and TSC is not responsible anymore!

SO yesterday it was 98 days, a few days earlier it was even on 92 days and today :crying: it went up to 108 days again!

I know we just started our journey a month ago, but i still would love to have it ASAP, like the rest of you all! And then, when i see, how it's adding days, i am just getting frustrated and sad! :(

I hope the delay is because of the holidays and that they start back working on the NOA2's again like before the holidays.....they had a run there!!!

Let's cross our fingers and pray for fast uncomplicated approvals without RFE'S

I know it's frustrating. BUT....checking everyday will only add to it. The date changes so much, I finally *had* to quit looking or I was going to lose my frickin mind! I was up to checking two or three times a day...and I realized I was becoming a slave to it. Hang in there...it WILL be over soon. :)

I agree, I posted it about it before as the typical response to alot of approval questions is check the timelines.. I found checking the timelines just gave me extra worry in my situation. Though in the oppsite boat of the timeline giving like 30 some days and we were already are double that. So since then I just stopped looking at them, they can help to get a general idea of what you could expect but dont put too much in them. And the holidays OMG dont get me started on that everything thinks of the bigs ones like christmas/new years, but since then there was That president Ford day thing which the offices where closed. Monday, January 15 Birthday of Martin Luther King jr, offices closed and coming up Monday, February 19 Washington’s Birthday in which offices will also be closed -.-.

How does it happen, Great love?... Noone knows.. But I what I do know is it happens in a blink of an eye. One minutes your happily living your life and the next your wondering how you ever lived without them.

Keep things in perspective - it's a 10 day difference and current processing times are very very reasonable. But glad you didn't file in March during the IMBRA fiasco. We waited more than FIVE months. Relax.

Don't get to wrapped up with the dates that are posted. I did as I waited for my NOA2 and like you it became at times too much. We had a NOA1 of 10/12 and received our NOA2 from the CSC on 1/9. So the averages were close but not totally on target. Good Luck and it will come. Marylou & Ron

TSC and NSC have been sending their petitions to CSC for a long time now. It adds about 3-5 days to the process. Considering that average processing time is less than 3 months, it's not all that long of a process on the USCIS end at all. If you wanted to petition for a brother, for example, it takes more than ten years. Perspective . . .

Mine took from the day It left my hands until my Approval NOA2 was 82 days... Take up a hobby :) LOL And timeline is fun to watch when the time is going short...but drives ya batty when some of those RFE people update their timeline.. and you gain 10 days over night... But avg. processing time is probably around 75-85 days...

So if we forget the holiday I had in my time I shipped mine off 9/14...I got my NOA2 12/5 you shipped yours 12/13 almost 3 months after me.... so counting...you should get yours around the first part of March...I know reality kicks.. but you'll get there as we all do...
