hello,

i am married to US citizen and she is in the US and am outisde the US, my question is that in 2011 i joined this diversity lottery visa program over the internet and i am not even sure if they applied for me or it was just a scam to take my money :/ and i was cheking the DS-160 form and there is a question if i applied for any visa before, do i have to say yes or no ? and if yes is this gonna affect my I-130,I-129F or my marriage ?

If you paid money to enter the DV lottery it was a scam To enter is free. So I think your answer is no , entering the lottery is NOT applying for a visa you don't do that until you win the lottery and fill in the forms in preparation for an interview,

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
