So your saying the term Negro is racist. I always thought of it as descriptive.

Dark skinned or black would work better. This is what I feel about it.

No, black people anywhere in the world need to be called African American because America is just that important.

But it is Generic in most countries (Real generic not the fake stuff). Of course a judge blocked it here
