Hello,

I wish that was true, but they are actually not done with November and December petitions at the TSC, you were super lucky being sent to CSC.

I was also following the thread for November filers and some of them got approved early this month... so it seems like us, January filers, still have a couple of months to go ... But at the end we will finally be ready to start a family with our sweethearts.

Of course we will start calling too as soon as we hit the 5 months mark :protest:

The problem with the times in this website it is that it is just an estimate based on what other VJ members put in their timelines, so consider in this date :

* Expedites from the Philippines that were getting approved in less than 30 days

* People entering TSC as their service center when they were really sent to California.

Anyway, even when I keep telling myself that it will be at least 5 months to NOA2, It is impossible not to dream of a faster approval. :goofy:

Hi There!

People have called TSC and they are saying they are on petitions around November, Nobody knows the exact date cause they tell everyone different days.

I would honestly think about contacting your local senator just near the 5 month mark (If you haven't heard anything yet)

VJ's is NOT a reliable resource for how long it will take, I have seen ALOT of people saying on their timeline that they were processed at TSC, But in fact they were at CSC and I want to scream at them for (Excuse my language) ###### up igor's list, Another was the expedite petitions from the Philippines.

I'd get ready to call them up when your 5 Month is up :)

Good Luck with everything else ^_^

Hi!

We just got our NOA2. We filed on Dec 18th. It looks like they are getting closer to January. I called 2 weeks before we received ours NOA2, and they told me they were working on Oct 22nd filers, so apparently, they completed filers from Oct 22nd to Dec 18th in 2 weeks. Hope that helps, hang in there! We were getting antsy! I guess there's really no rhyme or reason as to how quickly they process them in Texas...welcome to Texas! Typical! :)
