If December 2, 2013 is the correct date of entry, then May 30, is 180 days. Do the ROM and exit exit as scheduled -- then you will be okay.

I arrived Sept 4, 2013. My I-94 shows Admitted until date: Dec. 02, 2013. Still safe right? Thank you.

Yeah, you do not start to incur unauthorized stay (overstay) until after the I-94 expires. Between Sept 4 - Dec 02, was when you needed to get married to be within the 90 days required by the terms of the K-1.

We are planning to have ROM before I leave to Philippines, we are living in Arizona and got married here, so we will file it to the Phil Consulate in LA. We are sending it thru mail. Is it true that the ROM forms ( 4 copies ) should be notarized? How long is the ROM process before they send it to my hometown ( Philippines ) for the Govt records? If you have any idea about this too, thank you.

I had no idea about the infopass. And I already have the flight on May 5th, it is too late now to get it I guess?

Yes you need four copies but they do not need to be notarized, the new forms have no place for a notary to stamp/sign, so you are good to go, just sign them before you fly out Monday.

Too late to do an INFOPASS now. Maybe have your husband contact USCIS just the same, see if there are any options for you to return being this is an emergency.. just grabbing at straws here.

Everyone, she never filed for AOS so please stop advising her to obtain AP as she can't. She is aware she will have to file for a spousal visa to come back.

It should be done in a day in Phil embassy in LA. The long wait there is forwarding it to PI.. I was advised that it might take 3 months to appear in NSO...

Thank you. Do you know any links for the LA's requirements for the ROM?

They will want nothing from you when flying out of the USA to the Philippines. They may ask if you have an AP card or green card if they see the visa in your passport, but nothing is required to exit the country.

You can

"Enclose either a $6.00 postal money order or cashiers' check or pre-paid U.S. Postal Service express mail envelope or courier of choice such as FEDEX, DHL or UPS."

with the package of documents you send to L.A.

So I guess you will decide what is best for you. However, I would personally get the pre-paid envelop so the documents could be returned using a FEDEX, or UPS to make tracking easy. Just go to any FEDEX or UPS store, buy the envelope, address it from the Consulate back to your home in Airzona, and pay for the fee right on the spot.

Requirements for applicants who wishes to have his/her Report of Marriage returned by mail or courier separate from Passport Application.

a. Enclose either a $6.00 postal money order or cashiers' check or pre-paid U.S. Postal Service express mail envelope or courier of choice such as FEDEX, DHL or UPS. All applications submitted by mail or courier service, through travel agencies or representatives shall be duly notarized. Note: Please take note of the mailing or courier tracking number since the Philippine Consulate General cannot assume responsibility for documents which have been mailed through the U.S. Postal Service or courier service.

-- That is what I am confused about. I only need ROM. So do I still need to send $6? Do they send the ROM copy to ke and then send it to NSO Philippines too?

Yes, that is correct. The mere $6.00 is the cost of the Consulate forwarding the ROM cert back to you. They will make sure it also gets back to Manila to be recorded at NSO.
