https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

Thank you! We've not faced any real issues with any part of the process--except our timing stinks. Everything with us seems to take the slow track. We are just happy and can sit and relax for a bit. Whew!

Well we are almost 13 months past NOA 1 date. This sucks. No RFE, No notice of medical. Nothing! 4th service request filed last Friday the 12th.

 

8/22/15 Received notice of interview "call in letter" for September 1st 8am

9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

7/1/17 I-751 returned rejected (multiple items)

7/3/17 I-751 mailed again with signature confirmation

7/6/17 second I-751 delivered and signed for by Daniel Manchaca

8/02/17 Biometrics appointment DONE

Hi, All,

My update:

5/27 Sent out RFE: evidence of marriage, we gave them all the evidences that normally are presented during the interview.

(We haven't gotten our interview yet. We were notified that we have potential interview waiver.)

6/19 RFE for I-485: medical evaluation expired

6/23 received I-130 approved (says it doesn't mean my status adjustment is approved)

So...hopefully after I send out the medical evaluation, I'll get my I-485 approved soon!

5/07/2014 Got Married! F1 student with OPT

5/30/2014 I485 fingerprint fee received

6/30/2014 Biometrics done

7/30/2014 OPT Expired

8/11/2014 EAD card approved

2/18/2015 Immigration Services Officer told my congresswoman that my case is PIW

2/23/2015 My lawyer said my case is in NYC field office (not sure if it's true)

After 15 months, 12 days we had an interview in houston and were approved!!

06/24/2015 - Package received
06/29/2015 - fingerprint fee accepted.
06/30/2015 - Received text & e-confirmation of NOA. Case received & routed to USCIS National Benefits Center
07/06/2015 - NOA1 received.

07/13/2015 - Biometric letter arrived mail box. Date 07/24/2015

07/24/2015 - Biometric done. One month mark

08/29/2015 - EAD approved

09/03/2015 - EAD card mailed

09/04/2015 - EAD approval mail in mail box

09/08/2015 - EAD card received.

09/09/2015 - Applied for SSN.

09/15/2015 - Got my SSN in the mail

04/14/2015 - Update online: Your interview has been scheduled for 05/19

I might be the last one of the May 2014 filers approved. Site updated today with "card has been mailed" and I can't believe it, after 17 months! I have learnt patience and a few other things. I didn't post much but I thank everyone who has and which cases I was able to read about. I am holding the party until I have that card in my hand (just to make sure)

Hi Everyone, Thought I would start this thread. We sent our AOS package on April 30 via FedEx and it arrived at USCIS in Chicago on May 1. Have not received any notification yet. Good luck to us all!
