I just got my NVC Case number, IIN and Beneficiary ID no.today, though the lady on the phone said the case was scanned in their system on May 21. Today is May 27th.

I checked online and I am still not invoiced for the AOS fees. Does anyone know how long this would take?

I called nvc after 40 mins. Of waiting they told me that they recevie the case on 13 may 2014 and i have to wait 4 weeks more to get case number

I am tired with this shittttt

Any helpp ....

Same here, mine took 20 days so I'm thinking around June 2 give or take. I know the waiting feels like it's forever, even after the void called USCIS.

Hello Friend, Think they sent u the checklist for marriage certificate eventho u sent them the original copy. I sent them the certified copies of my marriage certificate.Today I got Case complete. Not sure y did they give u checklist for MC. Better ask your beneficiary to get multiple certified copies of MC for all purposes.

Interview date still on for June 3rd. Today we are getting my sons Thai passport to go with his U.S. Passport to allow for effortless travel in the future. Strangely the takeover of the military here in Thailand gives a great deal of certainty to the interview date as all major arteries in Bangkok have been cleared of protestors which should insure uninterrupted operation of the Embassy. There are always what ifs in this process but there is a witness in my spirit that is speaking of a beautiful moment when my wife emerges from the Embassy on June 3rd with a beautiful smile and hands raised in praise to the faithfulness of God to go before us and prepare the way through every circumstance that we have faced through this long visa journey

Arghhh I hate my lawyer and her paralegal! :ranting: They screw up the I-864 by rounding up the figures causing us to get a checklist (on 5/21). And now the paralegal goes off on holiday and the lawyer doesn't have a slot on her calendar until June 2! That's a total of 10 days wasted doing absolutely nothing! :clock: I so regret using a lawyer. I could have done it myself with the help from you good people :cry:

is it possible my call was dropped into no mans land? right now its at 65 minutes. longest ive held is 45 min

Hi there! I'm new to here... I have a question regarding AOS Fee (online payment). My husband paid AOS Fee the other day and 2 business days later (which is today), it showed "PAID". But there hasn't been no money to be withdrawn from his bank account yet. I wonder if it's normal and also wonder when the money would be withdrawn. I would appreciate it if you could give me any advices. Thank you in advance.

well I called NVC and they told me I didn't have any new updates.. :( so I am not even sure if it is good news lol

Unfortunately we all know way to well they don't always know what they're talking about. Everyone says it's a good sign so it must be since everyone

here knows much more than those we talk to at NVC. Your in my prayers sweet heart and I'm sure all will be well. Just take a deep breath try to relax then call back tomorrow see if someone else knows better. :)(F)(L)(F)

i'm getting the impression that the operators don't have much visibility into supervisor reviews (and their status). what do you guys think?

I don't know what to think anymore I'm just at a total loss to be honest. You never know if they are telling you correct information or not. :(

2013: July 20: I-130 sent (Chicago lockbox)

July 24: I-130 NOA1

July 24: I-129F sent (Dallas Lockbox)

Aug 2: I-129F NOA1

Aug 12: Alien Registration Number was changed, I-129F.

2014: Jan 28/29/30: - 3 transfer notices for I-130 and I-129F.

Feb 3 - Hard copy arrived -Notice of transfer to Texas stating Jan 29th.

Feb 10 - NOA2

Feb 27 - email stating I-130 being sent to NVC from TSC.

March 6 -NVC received our case.

April 7 - CASE NUMBER yay! IIN and BIN obtained and email given.

April 9 - DS261 available and filled in online.

April 9 - AOS not yet payable but visible.

April 10 - email regarding NVC case number and access to DS261 received/ email regarding AOS received and paid.

April 11 - AOS sent by snail mail.
