Actually the NVC schedules the interviews. So after your case complete email you will receive an interview email with the date and instructions on what to bring to the interview. Your embassy won't know anything until they received your documents from NVC. Good luck! Is your case complete? Keep us posted!

Thanks so much, that's really good to know. Not yet at case complete, but HOPEFULLY shouldn't be too long (as long as we don't get any RFE's for our AOS packet.)

WOW Katie ... haven't seen you in a while !! Good to see your posts again !

Thanks - hubby made me take a break from this website as I was obsessing a little LOL. So have been off learning the art of patience

we call twice a week, mondays and thursdays. my husband called yesterday and nothing, no updates.

i expected them to accept one of the packages at least and all we got is "case under review" or "you need to wait 30 business days" :/

:ot: international scrabble club is a fun way for separated loved ones to hang out- while skyping at same time of course. We also listen to music together, help eachother cook, he helps me choose my outfits of the day lol- he likes that bit haha! I am starting to think a different way regarding house stuff now we are getting closer- example: ooh starting a new soap has always been fun but becomes more exciting because husband will use that same soap bar when he arrives this summer!!!:rofl: am i weird ? Even my freezer is starting to get packed with his favorite frozen cookies. (L)(L)

Yesterday I laughed because you were embarrassed.. but honestly, I find nothing wrong with calling 4 times a day.. NOTHING AT ALL. You paid the required fees... that includes customer service.. They are paid to answer the phones.. They should not be commenting on the calls that come through because that is their job security. Call every hour if you want. I call 3 times a day sometimes. In my experience if you don't get good news in the early am you can absolutely get something good by noon and if not Noon, you can for sure get a different answer at night. It happened to me many times. Don't feel bad.... call your little heart out. Its 8 am.. Do the worker bees start at 7 or 8??

The actual NVC reviewers work 8 AM to 5 PM.

I will hold and not call until noon at least.

I see people here with packets scanned in on the 24th and they are still not reviewed yet. Little chance of seeing anything change today in my case!!!

Good luck to all!!!!!!!!!

So I called NVC at 7:02am and was on hold for 40 mins, but thank God I finally have a case number. I was literally falling asleep and now I am shaking with excitement and million things are running through my head.

Anyway, just to confirm. When i do the enroll email, do I do it now or wait? The lady I spoke with said to wait and I should get something at the end of the week, but I don't know if I believe her. Anyway, I went ahead and follow what Saylin outlined for enrolling an email. A few minutes later I got "out if office auto-reply", does that mean it went through or should I resubmit my enroll email?

Thanks in advance :)
