We're fixing our photos now and we don't know which one to send. haha

How many photos did you guys submit and how did you do it? Using a binder or just a ziplock?

You mean for the interview?

I have brought mine (photos) from the first met and last visit he did to Phils.

Some of the applicants arranged them in a binder, photo album or whatever makes you feel comfortable putting them in.

Good luck!

Not for the interview, it's for the NOA 1. We need to submit pictures right?

You need to send more than 3 or 4 it depend on the country, send pictures with your fiancee, with family, friends, parents will be great, rember this is your chance to prove your relationship, is easy to be approved at the USCIS, buy you have to proved at the embassy level and that's were you have to proved your relationship with more detail!! Don't be afraid to send plenty of proved, the package that our attorney sent was about 9.5, put them on Manila folders and labels them, pictures are ok on plastic bag, make it as easy for them, remember they have to scan everything ones is approved , if u make it difficult for them they just put it aside.

32 picture are ok, make sure that they look that both of u are happy and that ones with family are happy together . It's good to have a variety of pictures of not just the two of you, but if the two of you with family. Don't forget for both of you to sign a letter of intent to marry in 90 days. Some people forget that and it's important.

We have provided 32 pictures with details indicated in each page. Each page has 2 pictures and both are properly labeled with our names, date and place. We will put it in a hard binder.

Would that be okay if we will pass 32 pictures and put it in a hard binder?

No binder. They will just toss out any binders you send and place your papers into one of their standard folders. http://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-and-fees/general-tips-assembling-applications-mailing

I submitted around 30 photos. For Vietnam, there are many fake cases, so the chance of rejects is high. So we were extra careful. I put them in a binders. My fiancee said that she saw those binders when she went in for the interview so they didn't toss those out.

For the interview, that's when they specifically say that we should keep the photos unbound (loose). We just keep them loose as instructed.

I submitted 8 photos in my I-129F application:

2.) Me and her on her birthday (2010)

3.) Me and her with her parents (2011)

4.) Me and her with my cousins (2011)

5.) Me and her on my birthday (2012)

6.) Me and her with her kids (2012)

7.) Me and her with her kids (2013)

8.) Me and her on the last day we were together on the way to airport (2013)

32 is more than enough and fine. You say the pics are attached to paper? That is how we did it with 15-20 pics and details. We didn't use any separate binders though. We simply listed them in our table of contents on our cover letter, and we placed the sheets in the appropriate section of the petition package. No problems. We were together in Manila for the interview and weren't asked for anymore photos. However, we had more just in case.
