Im still positive about the vb. And by the way, are there still 2012 and early 2013 (like january to april) that are still waiting for their IL? cause if not, that means NVC is just finishing few backlogs before moving forward. Stay positive!

Hi there Mockingjay,

We are still pending interview and my PD is May 24,2012. Now, our case is an absolute exception to anything you've read before so I wouldn't read too much into it, starting from the fact that I am living in the states since a year ago and I've had EAD and AP since Oct 2013 and I never had an f2a visa. Unfortunately our case is still tied up to the visa bulletin due to the fact that they can't authorize my GC with a still pending PD.

I know, it doesn't make any sense.

i dont understand this retro stuff, why move forward, then backwards, then current, then retro again??? As 4 me, moving forward step by step constantly, even by a week at a time, makes much more sense to me...

If it will retrogress then not too far as of mexico cause if so then why wait july to retrogress? Why didnt they retro together with mexico? Oh well! Im still positive about it. But if bad scenarios happen, then were ready! Filing for citizenship is our plan B.
