lets just say I got a few calls from immigration informing me that my case was processed and that there was no need for me to email the people at the top. That if I needed to get a hold of them to contact the 1800 number. I said well I have a few times and got nowhere. They told me stuff I already no. And said I was in my every right to email them directly since I also have a .gov email

I had sent my emails thru work with a read receipt to the Main people of uscis and they did read my emails because I got the notifications that they did. The calls came from DC and they asked for me personally to inform me that they had process my wife AOS and if I had anymore questions to call them back. I responded I think I will contact directly thru email and they said I'm not allowed to contact them. And i said why? I can access them thru work emails And I just heard silence and she brushed me off.
