FOR cr-1 legal visa for wife or husband. My case is WIFE coming from MANILA PHILIPPINES.

what are the requirements and also ramifications FOR a co sponsor for affidavit of support? where can i find this here or a link?

My income was $7G in 2013.. Assets of 3G.

so ... do you know a link to co sponsor requirements and then ramifications for me and co sponsor?

no welfare , no tested benefits allowed for my wife for 5 years? what about for co sponsor etc....

Does obamacare ACA care act help immigration process?

any NEW rules added in 2014 for affidavit of sponsor, or changes in requirements, like raising lowering income minimums? pls share any info or link no matter how obvious.

no, same as yours

you can find the responsibilities on the i864 instructions

same rights and responsibilities as the sponsor, since you are a USC, she can file for naturalization at 3 years of residency once she removes condition, son it wouldn't be naturalization at 5 years but 3 years if you are still married

Read Part 8 of the I-864.

Essentially, youand the co-sponsor are agreeing to support the immigrant for life.

Not for life, read the instructions, until becoming a usc or having completed 40 credit of work.

what if the conditions on ending the I-864 obligations are never met?

How long are the sponsors on the hook for?
