On the phone with NVC right now. They had the 401 error before with their agents, but were unaware that those of us on the outside were getting those errors. I'll let you know what they tell me when they come back. (On hold again.)

Ok, they said to send an email to them (at the NVCinquiry) with your case number and let them know what's happening. They said to take a screen shot and attach it to the email.

Finally got my case number and the other number today.. Plus was able to give over both email addresses :)

For everyone still waiting.. They received my case feb 14th

Saylin, please update with case number received on March 24th, thank you!

Congrats! They received my case February 19th so im hoping end of this week or early next week for a case #

Anyone have any tips on how soon I should start calling the NVC about case status after I received the email stating to wait 20 business days to review our documents? We got that email on the 19th, so it's really only been a few days, but obviously we're anxious to move along with either a checklist or case complete.

Is the full 20 days pretty normal for those who have reached that point?

2/20/2013 I-130 NOA1 via text and email with an MSC receipt number
10/16/2013 I-130 NOA2 via text and email...APPROVED at MSC!!!
10/22/2013 I-130 NOA2 hard copy received in the mail
11/7/2013 NVC sent emails with case number.
11/7/2013 Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill
11/11/2013 Paid I-184 Bill
11/18/2013 Paid IV Application Processing Fees
03/03/2014 DS-260 was submitted online
03/03/2014 Submitted supporting documentation for I-864 and DS-260 (IV Package and AOS supporting documentation)
03/19/2014 Received receipt e-mails stating the documents for both I-864 and DS-260 had been attached to the case. Stated to wait up to 20 business days for processing
03/26/2014 Received a checklist regarding the birth certificate. This was previously provided in an email. Investigating what was wrong with the birth certificate.
03/26/2014 Called the NVC and was told this was likely because we accidentally submitted a "short form" birth certificate rather than a "long form", but we knew that wasn't the case.
03/26/2014 Wife called back to NVC and they told her that it was because the form was "too decorative". The lady on the phone told her to wait 25 days as she'll forward it to a supervisor.
04/04/2014 Email received with a CASE COMPLETE notification and P4 interview letter.
05/21/2014 Scheduled Interview Date.
5/21/2014 VISA APPROVED!!!!
07/04/2014 Sent renewed passport to Montreal consulate for visa placement due to old passport expiring.
07/18/2014 Visa status set to "Issued" on CEAC website.
09/29/2014 Entry to the United States.

09/12/2016 I-751 Filed to California Service Center
09/16/2016 I-751 NOA1 Recieved, Green Card Extended 1 Year
10/13/2016 Biometrics screening completed

Thanks Kaylara! While you are on the phone with them can you ask them to invoice my Dad's IV fee and look at the AOS I sent ? (Just kidding :P)

I-130 for both parents

March 28th 2013 - Priority date/ NOA 1
November 14th 2013 - Transferred to Nebraska Service Center

January 7th 2014 - Case changed online to approved for both

January 8th 2014 - case changed to shipped to NVC

January 9th 2014 - case changed to NOA 2 mailed

January 10th 2014 - Received the hardcopy of the NOA 2 stating that NVC would issue a case number in 30 days approx.

January 21st 2014 - Case Received at NVC

February 26th 2014 - Case numbers and IIN number received - Wrong embassy code assigned...now waiting for new case numbers.

March 3rd 2014 - Filled in DS-261 for both parents

March 5th 2014- AOS available, paid and submitted AOS packet.

March 6th 2014 - USPS shows packet was delivered at NVC

March 10th 2014 - AOS shows as paid in the CEAC portal/AOS logged into system as being received by NVC.

March 11th 2014 - New case number assigned for my Dad.

March 20th 2014 - Paid IV fee for my Mum.

March 25th 2014 - AOS accepted by NVC with no checklist.

March 26th 2014 - Filled in and submitted DS-260 for my Mum

March 31st 2014 - AOS found in my Mum's file for my Dad - accepted and placed into his file/IV fee available for my Dad and Paid.

April 1st - Mailed all civil documents to NVC for both parents.

April 3rd: IV fee shows as paid in portal/submitted DS-260 for my Dad.

April 22nd: checklist issued for civil documents - NVC error ...

April 23rd: sent another certified copy of my marriage certificate

April 24th: Case complete! :)

April 30th 2014 - Medical scheduled for parents at Knightsbridge in London

June 11th: Interview at London Embassy - Approved :)

Wow! Yours is still not invoiced???!!!! Wow! I would not hope for mine then! My triangle showed up last Saturday.

Allthough I know my case number and Invoice identification number since last week I cannot make a payment until I haven`t received an email from NVC right?

Yes, but you can make a payment as soon as you can click the( check box ) on the payment portal.

I have a feeling today is my day! I got an e-mail late friday night that they had finally logged my AOS checklist... and I know they worked saturday, and it was such a short checklist... Hoping for case complete today :).

1/15/2013 - Married

USCIS:
4/11: Mailed out IR-30 via FedEx Ground
4/15: Forms received by USCIS Chicago (Signed)

12/2: Case Transferred to CSC

12/17/2013: NOA-2!!!! (8 Months, 2 days)

NVC:

12/27/2013: Case received by NVC

1/23/2014: NVC Case #, BIN, & IIN received.

1/31/2014: DS-261 Available & filled out.

2/4/2014: AOS Invoice available & paid

2/7/2014: I-864(AOS) completed & sent

2/11/2014: IV Bill availiable and paid.

2/14/2014: DS-260 completed (IV)

2/14/2014: DS-260 support documents sent

2/26/2014: I-864 (AOS) documents received and logged by NVC.

3/4/2014: Checklist for AOS ( I knew it :|a)

3/5/2014: Checklist for AOS submitted
