No its not for India only.u look down on Feb 2014 visa bulletin go down and u can c no movement for f2a category

I think thats referring to the visa becoming available at the national visa centre, and not the wait time for an interview in that category. Once you have a case number from NVC you know a visa is available. Some people wait for years for a case number in some categories.

Hi dwheels I just don't want 2 b negative please pardon me if someone doesn't like my question I hope I m wrong does delay in interview dates is not retrogression for us in month of may. But official websites says no movement for next few months.please guide us I hope I m wrong

Well I have no idea where you are looking at or really what you are talking about. Last month people from India were getting interviews almost immediately when interviews were announced look at the list hardly any wait time between case complete and interview scheduled.

So again have no idea what you are saying.

One thing everyone has to realize Case Complete only gets you in the queue. There is no guarantee to anyone that means you will get next go round of interviews. Its based on your case complete date, your receipt date at USCIS and when you got in the queue.

All one can do is wait. Right now NVC is very behind because they been trying to get case completes done. Not like they have 100's of workers on case complete and 100's on interview assignment. NVC says they are working on it and announcements will be forthcoming so all you can do is wait.

****NOTE: Okay update to what I said. Sorry didn't notice you were F2A. You have to realize to get an interview you have to one have your bulletin current. And yes some F2A's wait months for a visa number so this is true regardless of embassy. If that's what they are reporting well nothing you can do . Unless your citizenship is forthcoming than update soon as possible.

Hello everyone! I am new to this forum. What you are doing here is really exciting. I'm happy for everyone who already got their interview dates. I would just like to ask if does the NVC queue the cases on depending on visa type? I am not really on a family based visa but I have applied for the E3 category and I got my case complete March 5, 2014. Looking at the posters here from Phils, they get interview dates rather quickly.

Please dont confuse people with visa bulletin vs NVC interview scheduling.

You are talking about DOS visa bulletin. If your NOA1 date is under the cut off date, then you will get scheduled, dont worry.

Dont kill our optimism. We've come too far now and very near.
