Hi SB miya I'm also a January filler! still waiting around for some kind of movement on my case.

There are a lot of Dec and Jan filers as well as Feb filers still sitting at NSC (at least according to Igor's List). Some may have gotten caught up in that contractor hack. Most are probably waiting for security checks. Call USCIS, put in an info pass or e Request, call congressmen and senators...whatever you can do to be heard! Hang in there, something's gotta happen soon!

Hi! For those who received RFE, I have a question...

The hard copy of the RFE has 2 pages. The first one says, "The documentation submitted is not sufficient to warrant favorable consideration of your petiton application. ....See letter for details. Your response must be received in this office by Oct 27, 2014......." Then on the next page it says "G-325a request".

Does this mean that they are only asking for the G325a? Or do we have to send them more evidence of bonafide marriage? I don't know if this is a stupid question but I'm just paranoid. I want to get it right so as not to add further delays. Thank you!

They are just asking for G325A of you and your spouse...Did you not submit G325A when you submitted I-130?

Everyone, we have been approved! PD 2/20/2014, no transfer and no expedite. Approved today via email/website confirmation.

Thank you to everyone who has kept me sane until now and good luck to the rest still waiting! Prayer and positive energy help all good things come to us. Keep praying and try to remain positive.

"Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!” (Luke 1:45)

One question, if both 130 and 129F were approved today, 129F is obsolete right?

 God's timing is always perfect. . . :star:"Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!" (Luke 1:45) ^_^
