I just received a letter from my state senator stating " as of July 22nd the USCIC have pulled my file to be worked on. Please allow 45 business days to receive a decision".......45 Business days (2 months) OMG....I don't know if i can wait that long....i hope to hear something before 2 months.

Has anyone received the same letter when contacted a state senator? If so, how long did it take for you to receive a response from the USCIS?

Thanks!!!!!

Mine said 90 dayss! Which then I contacted my congressman.

Does anyone know if there is anything you can do if you are over 6 months waiting time - to get any information or update about your case?!

Hey, you need to put an online E-request at USCIS webpage or called them to inquire..but don't put in your date, instead use a december date!!Or contact the service center itself (TSC or CSC) by e-mailing them to inquire on your case. I did all of the above. Also contact your congressman..they do help!!!

Hopefully it doesn't take long for your interview. My fiancé is also London, & I'm wondering how it'll be when it's his turn...

I am the petitioner.
