Yeah Yeah Yeah!!! NOA2 received @ 11:30pm.

Email only and no text but not sure if it's coz I'm currently out of state visiting my fiancée.

Now, it's time to search and get well prepared for the interview.

In any cases, thanks for all the support and information from VJ.

:):):)

U meant 11:30pm Hong Kong time ?

Congrats all! We have similar dates, nothing yet at our end. Contacted senators, congressmen, USCIS... the whole nine plus nine yards! they gave me the run around. Last I got a response that we would hear something in ten days on July 16th, well all we got was smoke. I am happy for all, but would be even happier to get our NOA 2. Keep em coming TSC, before all my hair turns grey.

which senator are you contacted morx61 and how ...thx

Hey, I contacted Senator Toomey and Casey, and few congressman. Senator Toomey replied back to me with an email about Obamacare!! and Senator Casey's office called me up to follow up my case. I got approve the same day his office contacted me. I didn't put any service request or asked any senator to look into my case. We got approved in 6 months and 2 weeks.

Guys stay on top of those congressman, they deal with fewer people than senators. Bug them through email every 2 days to ask if they heard anything about ur case, call once weekly if u can, that way they will be tired of you and will press uscis congressional liaison to have ur case pulled, be persistent for real like a real plague ?

Feeling the same way. It has been 6 1/2 months for us… contacted my congressman again who originally said 30-45 days we should hear something and I emailed them when the 30 days was up and this is what I got…

I sent an inquiry to the TSC a few days ago and just followed up again. Unfortunately, the TSC has a substantial backlog of I-129F cases. The backlogs from other service centers were transferred to Texas for processing. They recently adjusted their processing times as well. Usually the processing time is about 5 months, but now they have advised they are processing cases received on or before December 17, 2013.

Your case was assigned to an officer and is now going through the required security clearance. These are done in a separate office, and thus may extend their initial estimated timeline of 30-45 days. I will check back with the TSC in 2 weeks for another status check.

I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you but will continue to monitor your case with the TSC and let you know if I receive additional information.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

I wish I could be excited about this and believe my case is with an officer, but I'm not counting on it. The whole process is just making me very angry now. Just hoping that us last few January filers hear back soon!

Yeah I know the feeling, I don't pay attention to anymore time frame consolations they provide. It seems its more like "don't bother us for these many more days. We get to it, when we get to it" message. All right fingers crossed.

I just received a letter from my state senator stating " as of July 22nd the USCIC have pulled my file to be worked on. Please allow 45 business days to receive a decision".......45 Business days (2 months) OMG....I don't know if i can wait that long....i hope to hear something before 2 months.

Has anyone received the same letter when contacted a state senator? If so, how long did it take for you to receive a response from the USCIS?

Thanks!!!!!
