Most likely... I do think it's a weird RFE for a page I sent already and picture I already included in the application. They probably lost the picture who knows... As long as they are working on the case I can care less ? already sent what they asked for just now :)

I am happy for you! I read someone else that they RFE'd them as well with something that they already provided them with. Also my friend, who's doing a spouse visa received RFE about a marriage certificate they provided. Guess it is USCIS error!! Can't you put up an expedite for the following criteria:

USCIS error!?

1) Because you are ONPT: Outside of Normal processing time. An example of someone who did this: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/304363-k1-expedite/

2) Because they RFE'd you for something you already provided them with.

Congrats that's awesome! Quick question, how do you check your CEAC status? Thanks!

Go here: CEAC

Select Immigrant Visa (IV) and enter your case number. It may not work at first, NVC will have the case number but they don't update it in their system right away. Mine took 48 hours to work, a few other users here had the same issue.

Yeah! Montreal had every date open (except Sept 1 Labor Day), I could've made it sooner but I want time for my fiance to do the medical without worrying about results not getting back in time. I see you got your interview too!!
