@OCRLeon processing time discrepancy between CSC & TSC for I129F is ridiculous! 6+ months and no customer service!#USCIS #immigrationcrisis

Hey, a fellow Rochestarian! Do you think it would do anything to get local media involved like 13 WHAM or the D&C? I've tried to contact Louise Slaughter, but no word yet. Maybe some media attention would help.

Hey, a fellow Rochestarian! Do you think it would do anything to get local media involved like 13 WHAM or the D&C? I've tried to contact Louise Slaughter, but no word yet. Maybe some media attention would help.

I called Louise Slaughter's office and talked to a guy named Jeff Rodgers (he's the guy that does the immigration cr@p). He sent an inquiry on my behalf on July 1... but no news yet.

It might not be a bad idea to try to chat up the D&C or WHAM.

Yeah, any local or regional news coverage is better than nothing. More people know about it, the better it is.

Hi all-

Just wanted to let you know that I finally received an email from USCIS stating that my petition was approved on July 15! Hope this is a sign that they're moving ahead through January.

  • NOA 1: January 13, 2014
  • Faxed request to New York Senator Gillibrand's office: June 27
  • Inquiry made by Senator's office: June 30
  • Letter in mail from Senator's office that case was pending and should be decided on within the next week: July 15 (dated July 10)
  • NOA 2: Received email July 16 (dated July 15)

Well..My fiance talked to a tier2 yesterday! That guy was so rude but at the end my fiance put a service request getting a number starting with wkd...tsc..

tier2 said the service request didnt mean anything and that we should get something in the mail but my fiance will check his mail at the end of august because he is not in town

So, what should we expect?

Soooo, spoke with my Senator's office today. She said it's with an officer and to wait 30 calendar days. If I don't hear anything, let her know. As of 9:44pm EST....WE GOT THE NOA2!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOO!!!!!!! It took 6 months but we made it! THANK YOU SENATOR MURPHY OF CONNECTICUT!!!!!
