I called USCIS again today! Got a man this time and he said he can't give me an exact time when I can file for an inquiry as I am "not" outside processing time. I played dumb n told him it says 5 months for processing time thus I am indeed outside that time and he said as of June 3rd TSC was processing Dec 3rd so making it still within the 5 months and I should call back when the processing time of June 3rd changes online to ask what new date they are working on. These people are playing games with our lives mannn I'm dying here!!!!!

Interesting, someone in another topic that contacted their senators in Texas said that one wrote back and that TSC is on Jan 13th petitions

I was told yesterday by three different reps that they are processing December 3rd

has anyone tried putting in a service request on the website after 5 months? i had a look last night and in one place it says to wait 6 months but in another it says something along the lines of once you have passed the esitmated time on the website, which would be 5 months. as it has a dropdown menu for all the visa types im not 100% sure the 6 months specifically applies to every one of them especially as it mentions the latter option also. just curious if anyone has tried this yet and had any success.

I used 01/17/2014 date - that's when my petition was received at USCIS.

i heard back from my senator's office this morning. here is the email they forwarded to me:

Greetings

Thank you for your letter on behalf of your constituent, (petitioner) regarding the pending I-129F Petition for Fiancé.

A request has been made to have this file pulled and to be sent to the I-129F supervisor. Once received, it will be assigned to an officer.

Thank you for your inquiry and please do not hesitate to contact us again if you have further questions regarding this case.

Generally that's how it works; you send in your petition and they receive it, they process it in their system and assign it a case number, then it sits in a box until an adjudicator gets to it. Most people at TSC from January and some people from December, November, and Even October have cases not yet assigned to an officer. It really sucks.

Did anyone else gather all the stuff your beneficiary will need for the I-134 while we're stuck here waiting around? I just got all the pieces together and I'm sending it early next week, that way my fiance and turn around and put packet 3 right back in the mail. Now if TSC would quit that bake sale and approve our petitions faster...
