I would assume that they are asking you to bring forms I-693, I-864, W2s and all IRS documents, ONLY because you havent submitted them yet.

Am I right? I just want to make sure. I already submitted all those documents in the AOS package.

Sure. First, you should come with your husband/wife for marriage based.

Must bring:

government issued id

Interview notice

Completed medical exam (Form I-693)

Affidavit of Support (Form I-864)

Income Tax, W2 or IRS

All travel documents used to enter the USA

Birth Certificate

Petitioner Birth Certificate and Evidence of Citizenship

Childrens Birth Certificate (if you have children)

Certified Marriage Documents

Supporting evidence of your relationship

Original and copy of each supporting document that you submitted.

November 25th Received my passport 

November 27th Received my naturalization certificate back

I am hoping i receive my interview date soon .. has been 2 weeks since they changed my status.. :dance::jest: the wait is driving me crazy!!!! :alien::innocent:

05/01/2014 i765 APPROVED! case status changed to "card production

05/07/2014 Received my EAD card

05/13/2014 INTERVIEW!!!

Same here, its been driving me crazy. My status changed to testing and interview on 19th March. Still nothing. Hopefully EAD will be approved in a couple of weeks.

i submitted all the forms they are asking for but only the copy so maybe i will just bring the original and the updated tax. :)

Same here, Misuzu, we have more or less the same AOS timeline.

F-1 Visa: Academic years 2007/2010.

K-1 Visa: I-129F sent Aug 2013; Approved Jan 2014.

Green Card: AOS sent Feb 2014; Approved Jan 2015.

Removal of Conditions: I-751 sent Nov 2016; Approved Apr 2018.

US Citizenship: Application sent Nov 2017; Fingerprints Nov 2017; Civics/English exam March 2018; Oath May 2018.

yesterday when I checked it was still in Acceptance, so i guess it moved directly from Acceptance to Testing&Interview...maybe you'll get the the interview waiver letter and you won't get an interview for your gc :)

Every office is different. Every case is different. I did biometrics a month ago, and I am still waiting, no updates on AOS (init rev) or EAD (acceptance). I keep waiting

I feel your pain. We have the same timeline - Filing date and biometrics date. Tomorrow makes 2 weeks for us and still no change online from acceptance for me either. And I see other people in Boston who've filed a little after me change to 'testing and interview'. It's probably not in our best interest to be reading all this information on a daily basis. Haha. I just keep drinking after work every night to ease the stress.

Here's to us both being updated sooner rather than later. Until then, feel free to about it with me :goofy:
