Timeline

I just received a check list that says "The National Visa Center received your DS-260 form. We are waiting for the traveling applicant’s
supporting civil documents to be submitted to the NVC. Your online Immigrant Visa Application will be
reviewed upon receipt of your supporting documentation."
I already sent all the require civil document with the IV package. Is this a fake checklist?

i got this message when i tried to login at CEAC payment portal today.

Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center
This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

Welcome to the IV fees payment system. This is where you pay Affidavit of Support and IV Application processing fees.

Does this mean that they are invoicing AOS & IV Bill?

DS- 260 is also available but i know we need to settle the bills before our atty. could fill the DS-260..

Yes they are working on it. We got this message last Saturday. Just keep checking on it. And today, Monday, AOS bill is now available to pay.smile.png

Quick question..

After we receiving Case number from NVC, If we choose mail options instead of email for ( contact NVC and to pay fees etc).

How many days it takes more ?

Example

everything done in email with NVC= how many days?

everything done via Mail with NVC= how many days ?

Just asking again :) I was not sure if all of the aos documents were suppose to be bar coded since I went a service and her papers had barcoded and I saw she made a mistake and I decide to make the change but when I printed out my papers there was no bar code?

Congrats. I filed DS-261 on Jan.30 and my AOS package received by NVC on Feb.3. Still waiting for IV processing fee invoice :-(

Hi! The only barcoded document i had in my aos packet was the coversheet.

1/7/14 - NVC received I129 and I130
2/11/14 - NVC case assigned
2/11/14 - AOS Bill invoiced and paid; DS261 completed
2/14/14 - AOS Bill showed as Paid
2/24/14 - AOS Packet arrived at NVC
2/27/14 - IV Bill Invoiced

How long does it take for the DS 260 and the IV bill to become available, after the DS 261 and AOS have both been completed and paid? Thanks. I just sent the AOS package today and NVC will receive it tomorrow 2/25...

December 5, 2013 - I-130 approved via email

December 9, 2013 - receive hard copy of NOA2

WOOHOOO!!!! Got our case number and IIN tonight! I called about 12 hours ago and they didn't have it in the system, but this time I struck gold! I'll have to call back tomorrow to give the beneficiary's email address; the case was too recently inputted for them to be able to take it tonight, but they had mine in the system already, so I'm happy.

1/21/14 - NVC received

2/24/14 - Case number & IIN

CEAC shows AOS fee as "not invoiced," unsurprisingly. Relieved to be moving ahead!
