K3 is obsolete. You're fine with the i130 alone. USCIS may (or may not) request for any additional or lacking form/evidence, but you'll have to wait for the RFE letter because that's where they will indicate the specific stuff they want you to submit.

Yes but will this lack of evidence for K3, make our I-130 go slower because we haven`t submitted all the docs? I don`t understand what else should have we submitted...

More than likely, the K3 will go nowhere, don't inflict needless stress on yourself.

My husband and I filed for K-3.

We only put:

NO1

Marriage certificate

U.S. citizen birth certificate

Do we miss documents for the K3?

I think we do... Unfortunately.

Is there a way that we submit additionally the docs we miss?

Help please.

What did you actually file? If you filed the I-130, then you are on a path to a CR1 or IR1 visa, not the obsolete K3. If you did not include a G325a form for each of you, get those ready as they will be requesting them.

Thank you very much everybody for the responses, sooooooo much!

We filed I-130. In the I-130 we put:

Marriage licence

I-130 form

my birth certificate

my husbands birth certificate

my biography form

his biography form

letter that we don`t have mutual bank account since I have never been to the U.S, but that he left me his master card to use

life insurance with my name as beneficiary

some document I am not familiar with that says he was in the military many years ago

3 affidavits of friends

pictures from the wedding

copy of newspaper that did interview of our love story

2 pictures for visa

copy of my passport and id with my surname changed after getting married

After this, we filed for K3, but put only

marriage license

birth certificates of the two of us

NO1...

Your I-130 will be approved before K3 so don't worry about it

USCIS has been approving both petitions together since 2006, so no, the I-130 will not be approved first.

The K3 is a separate petition What proof of a bonafide relationship did you include with it ? It isn't just a paper to spped the other package. It needed to be a self supporting package on it's own. You will get an RFE or maybe just denied on the K3 path

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
