Btw my timeline here yesterday was saying march 20-31 and today says march 21 april 1 possible days.

It is keep changing based on how many people get approved. Mine change 4 times already but still hasn't reach the nearest date so finger cross!

Unless they have reason to believe you lied when trying to enter I don't see how it would affect your application. Good luck, I hope you get approved soon.

My lawyer told me it doesn't affect our visa and some people from VJ here told me the same... :-/ it is really hard because I really just wanted to see him for another two months... I understand it is their job to look for people who want to immigrate without a visa (at poe) but we us tey really took the wrong ones! :-C I wish so much to finally get approved.... We keep calling them

No one knows. I-130s are taking from 7 months to one year for approval. It's terrible for us spouses right now.

Spousal visa. The wait for NOA2 is taking 7 months to one year right now. Then after that it's 5 months from NVC to Interview and POE.

I just recently got an email from admin from VJ and K1 visa is only process either in Vermont Service Center or California Service Center (mine is in California). I saw yours are Texas Service center. Would you try to find out maybe your case are move to any other service center? *just curiosity.maybe help you!*

That used to be the case, but not anymore. The cases that were at Vermont were transferred to the TSC. As of July 2013, all petitions that would have been sent to the VSC are sent to the TSC. Currently only the CSC and the TSC are processing I-129F petitions. http://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/workload-transfer-various-forms

We had a rfe cause we did a mistake with the fee we sent it back and they havent open the package yet since wedsney and we called and told us to wait 10 days. Wait 10 days for what?

I don't think it will affect the outcome, but it might be the reason why it's taking so long.. Perhaps someone didn't feel like dealing with the question so they keep putting it off, or they are having trouble investigating the incident

I heard spousal visas take much longer then Fiance visas. No idea why.

They take double to 250% more time these days. Spouses don't know why either. They're punishing people who are already married and aren't adjusting status. That's my only answer.

Since i am a member here i talk with some other members that got approved reeeally fast! So they told me that there is not any secret here but they all kept calling USCIS again and again and again! Probably 2-3 times a day to ask whats going on! And they all got approved like in days or a month. Some of them told me that the calls record to their system so thats why. I really dont know. But i ll definatly do it!!!
